Our family has been in the cattle business on this land since 1935. I (Jake), am the 4th generation to take up the reins and we still have my father, Jerry and his wife Sue, our three sons, Jacob and his family, Marshall and his family and Paten involved. When I came home from Oklahoma State University in 1993, we started feeding cattle to market direct to consumers and have slowly grown our business as word spread and interest increased.

In 1995, Samantha and I married and JSJ was born. We focused on improving genetics of the herd and better feeding methods to provide the most consistent beef product we could. We use Gelbvieh/Angus/Hereford breeds to produce calves that feed well and taste great. Along the way we are also able to raise a few replacement heifers to sell to other cattlemen.

We added the Quarter Horse component to the operation in 2012 and have built up a solid broodmare base that will produce sound, functional using type horses. Our goal is to provide our customers with a high quality product and build lasting relationships through honesty and integrity.
